Frank R. Aliazzo, Esq. (Bobby) grew up in Ozone Park, New York. He and his twin brother, Ron, attended John Adams High School but were asked to leave for frequent truancy. They were quickly sent by their parents to Mount Assumption High School in Plattsburgh, New York, a Catholic boarding school near the Canadian border. It was here that the twins finally learned new lessons as the Brothers of Mount Assumption instilled in them the values of hard work and discipline. These later years changed the trajectory of the twins' lives and contrasted with the values learned on the streets of New York. They went on to graduate from St. Michael's College in Winooski Park, Vermont, and New York Law School.
After law school, Bobby returned to Ozone Park to join his older brother, Vinnie, in his law practice while Ron joined the District Attorney's Office. Bobby grew his brother Vinnies practice into one of the largest law practices in Queens County, and Ronnie became a homicide prosecutor in the Queens County District Attorney's Office. The twins® early Ozone Park childhood upbringing, combined with their later years at boarding school and law school, uniquely shaped their characters. More importantly, it also deeply affected their own unique sense of justice and the lengths one must sometimes resort to, to see it served.
Twinnie chronicles a range of Bobby's professional and personal experiences and escapades. The true-life stories and characters seen in each chapter capture the duality of Bobby's sometimes baffling upbringing and never fail to reflect and reinforce the proverbial saying, "You can take the kid out of Queens, but you can't take Queens out of the kid."
